Phil’s background is in building and scaling sales programs for Boston SaaS companies. That includes being the first hire at two early-stage companies and helping real estate startup Placester grow through three rounds of funding, ($101M raised to date). Working in real estate tech, mobile app development, and for a product marketplace has given Phil time to hone sales techniques, create enablement programs and learn to lead, especially while running a sales team with 12 direct reports. Phil has also worked as a sales instructor at tech bootcamp Startup Institute and mentors emerging sales leaders from around Greater Boston. .
